Qualify with a combined £250, £500 or £750 of print, design and packages across all paid invoices in your online account over the rolling three months, plus your current basket, before discounts and VAT. For example, £250 each month for three months totals £750 and qualifies for Platinum. You do not need to spend the threshold on a single invoice. Choose VIP at checkout for the rate your basket qualifies for, from 5% to 10%. Membership starts after successful payment.

- Join VIP once your combined qualifying spend over a rolling three months, including your current order, reaches £250 before discounts and VAT. Print, design and packages count towards qualification. Membership starts after successful payment.
- Your discount is calculated from all confirmed paid invoices linked to this online account in the previous three calendar months, including invoices paid before joining VIP, plus the current basket before discounts and VAT.
- Silver: £250 combined qualifying spend earns 5%; Gold: £500 earns 7.5%; Platinum: £750 earns 10%. The higher rate applies to eligible print and design on the entire order that reaches the threshold, including a qualifying first order.
- Packages count towards the thresholds but receive no VIP discount. There is no minimum spend on subsequent orders. Existing VIP members retain a minimum 5% rate.
- Each payment drops out once it falls outside the rolling three-calendar-month window, using its payment date. For example, three £250 payments total £750 for Platinum; when the oldest expires, £500 remains for Gold unless new spend replaces it. Older orders stop counting and the available rate can fall when spend expires, is cancelled or refunded. There are no fixed quarterly reviews or protected higher tiers.
- Partial refunds remove qualifying spend proportionally. Cancelled and fully refunded orders do not count. Only completed payments enter the history; unpaid baskets and abandoned checkouts do not count.
- VIP and coupon discounts are never combined. Existing members receive whichever gives the lower order total. Remove a coupon to join VIP on your qualifying order.
- One fleece per customer account, unlocked at Gold after £500 confirmed qualifying spend in the rolling three months. Once earned, it remains available if your tier later drops. Already-submitted gift requests remain honoured. Submit your size, preferred colour and business logo in your account. We confirm suitability and availability before production.
- Membership includes a welcome confirmation. You can separately choose three weekly print-marketing tips emails at checkout, sharing ten tips across the series, and unsubscribe at any time. The rate is checked again before payment. Existing paid orders retain their original prices.
